There are moments in life when it can feel impossible to imagine that something beautiful is still ahead of us.
Hang On, Your Best Friend Is Coming was created for those moments.
The three unborn puppies represent lives that have not yet met the people they may someday profoundly affect. Somewhere, someone may be struggling with loneliness, depression, anxiety, grief, or simply the weight of life—without knowing that their future best friend has not even arrived yet.
One day, one of these small lives could become the dog waiting at the door when their person comes home. The reason they get out of bed. The companion beside them on their hardest days. The source of laughter they didn't know they needed.
Something as small as a puppy can completely change the course of someone's life.
This painting is a reminder that we cannot see everything the future is preparing for us from where we stand today.
